Double Room ... Private Ensuite

NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE

We are a semi retired couple who after 30 years down south England have come home 5 years ago

we live in a newish flat on first floor and the room faces out onto a communal garden area

we are close to Edinburgh college at Granton and walk 5 mins for every bus taking you into most of the town

shops within a few minutes away eg Morrisons.. Lidl...and great chip shops and takeaways

we are looking for some one pref female or a couple to live in our flat but not to share our lives room is big enough for chairs and telly and access to large kitchen to hang out can be used but not always sitting in our living room . sounds selfish but we do like our evenings to ourselves. The room has a combination lock for privacy and entry into stairwell on ground floor has a fob to open main area. Very quiet and secure we do accept couple but additional 100.00 added to rent

we travel a lot to England as all our own kids and our grandkids live down in Berkshire plus we have a holiday home in Port Seton so there will be times you have flat to yourself
