Double Room in Central Fountainbridge Flat

We have a double room available now in a gorgeous Fountainbridge flat. It’s very central with the canal 100 metres away, fountain park, Bruntsfield links and Lothian road 5 minutes away by foot. There’s amazing shops, cafes, restaurants and bars at the top of the street and grocery stores less than 10 minutes walk in every direction. It also has a bus stop just across the road for the 10 and 27 lines.

The room itself is spacious with a large walk in closet. It comes furnished with a double bed, drawers and side table. The shower is shared but the toilet in the downstairs bathroom will be your own.

The rent doesn’t include bills which will be around £70 pp per month depending on our collective usage.

Loic and I are hospitality professionals (from France and Australia) working as much as we can at the moment. We are both clean and quiet and enjoy cooking (and eating), travel, books, videogames and crafting.

We are looking for a working professional who is friendly, communicative, up to chat and socialize and is clean. We would prefer a single person however the right couples will be considered so don’t hesitate to send me a message with a little about yourself and your interests.
