We are looking for a flatmate for a large en-suite double room near Haymarket, in a really nice two-floor house with a large kitchen and a large living room.
The flatmates:
We are two English Literature PhD students. We like hanging out together sometimes, but generally we talk over dinner, and just mind our own business the rest of the day. We do some movie nights and board game nights, and every now and again we have friends over (although not recently due to COVID-19). The rest of the time the house is fairly quiet and tidy.
What we look for:
We are looking for a female postgraduate student who ideally would be staying for at least a year. The new flatmate should be tidy (we have a weekly cleaning rota for all communal spaces) and sociable but respectful of other people's personal space and time. The new flatmate should be LGBT friendly.
The room and when it is free:
The room is a really nice double-bed with an ensuite bathroom (toilet and shower). The price is £390 monthly (all bills included) with a £345 deposit (which will be returned once you leave). We have a beautiful large kitchen and living room with large windows, a little garden, all in a lovely modern two floor house. The room is free November 1st.
