Hiya I have a semi a big double room and a small single room to rent in my semi detached house to rent! I have two Italians staying and I myself am scottish slash english slash german! Were really easy going and often like loud music on the weekend for instance. Up tight people aren't really welcome but no drugs and no alcoholics etc! Smokers welcome though and pets! Dont really want a couple because they always fight! The rent is 300 but Bill's are 25. Sorry no benefits because the council are a pain in the bum! You are expected to do a bit of cleaning and mopping etc and theres the recycling just dont really need any self obsessed folk who wont wash other people's dishes or buy powder for the washing machine etc! Following the rules of lockdown the best I can so not looking for someone who's going to go right round the town get infected and infect the entire house. Anyway it's a palace cheap as chips bring a packet of rolling tobacco!
