Double room beside Meadows

The flat has GCH, DG, electric shower ,bath, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge freezer, gas cooker etc. It's bright and clean, newly decorated with laminate flooring.
There are carbon monoxide and fire detectors.
I have fitted thermal blinds recently and the heating has a thermostat which you can set, so it goes off when it reaches the set temperature, then on when the temperature drops which means it's more economical.
The walls are painted with light reflective paint in order to maximise light in winter and cut down electricity bills.
Both the washing machine and dishwasher have a timer that you can set, so it's handy to have it for when you are out etc.
I'm happy to put a desk in the room if needed and also if someone needed a bit more space then I could add a loft bed. There is quite a lot of storage space in the room and the flat itself though.
This is a great location near the meadows and lots of shops and public transport.
I'm looking for someone tidy, friendly and laid back who is okay staying with a six month old lurcher. My dog is exercised a lot so she is laid back at home. She is also very sweet natured and clever.
I like walking, music art, yoga, animals, nature etc.
I'm a qualified youth support worker.
