The flat is located in a beautiful area, just off Corstorphine road making it an easy commute in and out of the city and the airport.

The flat has been kept to a high standard and the letting agency is very responsive to any issues.

The flat is through Cullen Property and is a joint tenancy. I will be moving out and need someone to replace me in the tenancy. Flexible move in dates but ideally ASAP.

The room comes with a double bed and side cabinet. There is a build-in wardrobe which has top shelf and smaller built in shelves down one side.

My current flatmate is very clean, tidy and respectful. She is a support worker who works varying hours during the week and weekend and can have some overnight stays with her work.

There are great parking facilities (no set parking lots of space) and a lovely shared garden. The other occupants of the building are very friendly and quiet and of varying ages.

The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away serving buses, 100, 26, 31 and 12 and is close to another bus stop for the 900 bus to Glasgow.

There are a few local shops just a few minutes walk away from the flat. Murrayfield Sainsburys and The Gym are located a short drive/ 20 minute walk away.

Bills will be coming down to around £130 next month (Dec) and include council tax, electricity and Wifi.

Rent is £397.50 per month and the deposit is £435.
