The flat has been kept to a high standard and the letting agency is very responsive to any issues.

There are a few local shops just a few minutes walk away from the flat. Murrayfield Sainsburys and The Gym are located a short drive/ 20 minute walk away.
Bills will be coming down to around £130 next month (Dec) and include council tax, electricity and Wifi.
Rent is £397.50 per month and the deposit is £435.
