(EH7, Craigentinny Road)
Room (and flat) is fully furnished. Double bed, built in large wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside table.
Great bus service (bus stop across the street with services 19,21,25,49- approx 20-30minutes to City Center)
Large living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower & bathtub to share.
We also have small garden for summer BBQ 😊
The flat will be shared with female professional (not a landlord)
I'm easygoing and friendly working full time, Monday-Friday.
I'm away some of the weekends hiking Munros or camping.
I'm looking for someone very tidy and quiet, preferably someone who's not working from home.
Rent is £500 bills included.
+£250 deposit.
