The kitchen window is particularly large and perfect for allowing ample light to fill the pleasant living space. Wifi is included and the electricity bill is just under £25 monthly.

Around the back of the building is an allocated parking space for the flat, in the private car park.

The flat is just a 10 minute walk from the historic Leith Docklands and a 20 minute walk from the iconic heart of Edinburgh and Waverley Station, so you will never be in shortage of local spots to explore. If you fancy staying even closer to home, Leith is known for its abundance of artists, restaurants, bars, indie shops and it’s own distinct character.
