Spacious Double Room In Terraced House

Hey! My current housemate is moving out, so I'm looking for a new friendly housemate, to share this nice little house, located in a very peaceful area.

The property is a 2 bed terraced house with front garden, shed and free on street parking ,small kitchen, shared bathroom with electric shower and bath as well as a large living room. The house was recently painted and had a new combi-boiler installed.

You would be sharing the house with me. I had moved from Denmark to Edinburgh, one year ago. I'm studying Culinary skills at Edinburgh College while working in a restaurant, trying to become a decent chef.

In my spare time, outdoors, I like to exercise, cycle and hike.
Indoors, I like to read books, listen to music and podcasts.
I'm considerate, honest and social but I'm also reserved with focus on self-discipline.

We are more than happy for people to come around and view the property (in-keeping with restrictions) or to have a video call to show the place if more convenient.

Fountain Park is about 10 minutes walk with the city centre / Meadows about another 15 minutes from there. Harrison Park is also located just behind the house with the Braid hills and Blackford hills close by.

For council tax reasons we would be looking for another student or someone willing to take on the full obligations that come with council tax (although you will be eligible for a 25% discount).

Rent does not include bills (gas & electric, fibre broadband) however, these come to roughly £60 per month.
