Room in 2 Bedroom Flat in West End

Hi!

My flatmate is moving out so there is a large double room available in our flat in West End close to Dean Village and Stockbridge.

The flat is a 10 min walk to the centre of Edinburgh. It has been fully furnished by the landlord; the room is huge and comes with a double bed, 2 closets, chest of drawers and a mirror. The kitchen has everything you would expect including a dishwasher. There is one shared bathroom with a shower. The flat has a large living room with two sofas and a dining table.

Rent is £691 a month, and bills should come to around £165 per month in addition to the rent.

The room will be available on the 1st of December.

A bit about me – I’m 26 and moved to Edinburgh last year from Australia. My working hours are typically 9-5 mon-fri, currently WFH 4ish days a week during Covid. Ideally I would like a flatmate who works similar hours. I'm usually pretty quiet during the week and keen to chill on the couch at nights. On weekends I like to get out and about around the city.
