There is a double room available from the 25th of March (could be flexible) on Gorgie Rd next to the Tynecastle stadium. Rent is £385, council tax C (£66 per month), £15 for broadband and electricity /gas is £25 to £50 depending on the weather.
The flat is on 3rd flour and has two double bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and a box room. There is free on street parking (fairly easy), good bus links and plenty of super markets around.
You will be sharing with me, 40 year old male professional from Greece. Generally I enjoy calm and relaxed atmospheres and I try to keep things clean and tidy (common sense).
