We have one double bedroom available with a flexible move in date in 3 bedroom flat located on Lothian Road.

• Big bedroom - £500 + Council Tax (£115) + Internet (£11) + Bills (£42) all per month.

Lease is for a year and you’d be required to sign a contract with a landlord.
No pets allowed.
Non smokers preferred.

We’re looking for:
• Someone between 25 and 40
• Last year or PhD student preferred (for council tax reasons) or a professional willing to pay council tax by themselves (£115 after 25% discount)
• Not a party animal
• Tidy and respectful
