Double Room in Beautiful Stockbridge Flat

Spacious two-bedroom flat located in Stockbridge. (Only twenty minutes from the city centre!) Quiet fully-furnished double available–this includes a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, drawer chest, and a view of a shared private garden.

A large living room overlooks a bowling green and when the sun’s out, is a cozy suntrap. Shared bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. Bills included in monthly rent:

-Council Tax

Currently advertising for early December. My current flatmate is moving to a flat with long-time friend nearby.

Highlights of the area: loads of great local cafes, shops, restaurants, and bakeries (my favourite one is only a five-minute walk from the flat); Inverleith Park and the Botanics are super close-by; a large Waitrose along with other smaller shops are nearby for groceries; and our neighbourhood is super chill.

As for me, I am a current master’s student studying strategic comms and PR. I’m very friendly, easygoing, super tidy + organised, love to bake + LOVE cheese (there will be plenty of both for you to enjoy if we live together), a good communicator, open/progressive (proud LGBTQI+ ally), and like to keep active (pretty into yoga and running atm).
