This is a pretty uniquely lovely property and flatshare. It is perfect for a person, wanting lots of space generally and specifically a bedroom, a separate study/home office, but who also likes the idea of a relaxed warm vibe of sharing a large property.

The flat is a huge, bright, newly redecorated, flat, located right beside the wide green space that is the Meadows. One side is full of light and sun from large windows, the other looks onto a large area of gardens and mature trees. It is perfect for those who are wanting space, sunlight and a beautiful home environment.

It is a gorgeous flat and located in one of the best places to live in Edinburgh. It's located right on the edge of the Meadows, so beside a large park area with trees and wide open space and skies. There are cafés and restaurants of all cuisines, there is a Real Foods shop 3 mins walk down the street, excellent transport links and a gorgeous original Victorian swimming pool with glass roof 6 mins walk away. Two independent art house cinemas and two theatres and a concert hall are within 7 mins wallk (yup seriously an amazing place to live).

Inside it is open and filled with light, it is warm with great central heating (so essential to check the heating works well in big Edinburgh flats).

As well as your own private double bedroom and study/office, or private living room..... there is a lovely kitchen/living room. It is bright and South facing, open plan with comfy sofas, a large dining area, and a breakfast, or art, or laptop working, or 'sitting having a coffee and watching the sunset area'.

The other people in the flat are a couple (American and Italian respectively) they also have their own bedroom, private study/office and own private bathroom. They moved in at the start of January and keep telling me how lucky they feel to have found it and how they are loving living there. They are a therapist and linguist respectively and are into film philosophy and many interests. They are calm, warm, friendly folks.
