The room

Large, bright double room with balcony is available for rent from mid July 2021.

Can be available for short lets over the summer or for a 12 month contract.

Room is fully furnished with everything needed and there is extra space for additional storage in the hall for things like luggage. The room is located very close to one of the main UoE King's Building campus and 2 mins walk from the bus stop to the city centre. You will be sharing the apartment with two lovely students. The rent is £360 per month and it includes both internet and water bills. Electricity is around £30 during the winter and only £15 during spring/summer.

Student preferred, a professional would be in charge of the council tax themselves as the other tenants are students.
