Room to rent in a large 2 bedroom apartment in the city centre, available from 2 December 2020 as current flatmate is moving out.

The flat has standard communal areas: living room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom. I have recently decorated the living room. Landlord happy to allow you to redecorate the bedroom if you wish. Living room has access to balcony and roof so ideal during summer for sitting in the sun.

I am a professional working in Edinburgh and I am currently working from home at the moment due to the current climate. In normal times I am at the office Monday to Friday and spend most evenings at the gym (or out with friends at the pub). I am very chilled out and easy to get a long with.

Looking for another professional to take the room. Not fussed if you are male or female. If you are clean and laid back we will get on very well.
