Also, the sea and Holyrood Park/Arthur's Seat is only about 20 min walk away!

The extra large room has everything needed for a comfortable living. It is fully furnished with a double bed with comfortable high quality mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, dining table, two chairs, 3 seater high quality sofa with footstool, large mirror and large 55 inches TV with TV channels and Netflix all included in the rental price! The rent for the extra large room is £550 per month.

The single room is also fully furnished with a single bed, comfortable armchair, foldable table and chair, built-in wardrobe with hangers and shelves. The rent for the single room is £400 per month.

All bills are included in the price, including, a fast Sky broadband.

The kitchen and the bathroom will be shared. You will be sharing with only 1 person, so it will be only two of you in the whole apartment (there are two rooms in total in the apartment and it will be one person in each room)!
