The room itself is very bright and spacious, it has double french doors which open and look onto the harbour towards ocean terminal & gives the best sunsets at night. There is lots of room to work from home if need be & the room also has a TV socket point if you wish to have a TV in there too.

Just outside the room there is a small storage cupboard available for use along with the main storage cupboard in the hallway.
There is also another storage cupboard just off the shared bathroom with your own shelves available and a small bathroom storage cabinet with 4 drawers for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything including a gas oven top, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster all free to use with own storage cupboards available as well. Dining table and chairs also available in kitchen.

There is also a brand new Aldi 2 minute walk from the flat & a small Sainsbury's 5 minute walk and a big Asda at Newhaven harbour which is very easily accessed by bus.
There are great transport links into town just 2 minutes from the flat 16, 22, 35, 36 buses available and also other routes available from ocean terminal which is a 5 minute walk away.

The room is suitable for professionals working full time. Ideally female aged between 25-35. If you are also working from home there is space to set that up.
