The fridge freezer is very large so space is not an issue.

To answer the most asked question, The house also has a combination boiler so no need to wait for hot water, hot water on demand and the water pressure is very good. The house is kept at a toasty 21-22 Celsius all year round.

The house is on a quiet street with plenty of parking on the street if you have a car, Bus stop is a minute away. Ideal for anyone at Edinburgh University or working at the Hospital.

What are we looking for:
Professional or student, someone who wants to take the room for at least 6 months.
I am looking for someone who can keep not only their own personal space but also the communal areas clean. Someone who is social and would want to join in for a film night or a takeaway night.
