Hi! We are looking for a flatmate for February! It’s a 3 bedroom flat without living room , full equipped kitchen, big bathroom and a small box room. It’s in the top of the Elm row (less than 5 min to omni center) The room is big and bright with large ceiling, It’s facing the back of the building which is good because you are not going to listen to the construction noise ! the photo is old so few things have changed in the room, I have a video of the room which can help as well.
Bills are not included, we pay council tax and internet every month. The gas is the typical card that we pop up in the store and electricity comes randomly every 2-3 months.
We are two young professionals looking for someone nice and easy going :)
