Double Bedroom In Homely 2 Bed Flat - Haymarket

One very spacious double bed available in a homely Two bedroom flat from the end of March/Beginning of April until October with the potential to extend further. The flat is located approximately 2 minutes walk away from Lidl and a 10 minute walk away from Haymarket station. Its ideal for anyone working in the city centre or commuting. The room also comes with a desk which is perfect for anyone working from home or studying.

If you would like more details about the flat please drop me a message! Bills can vary from £50-110 depending on heating, as it's going into the summer months it will definitely work out at the cheaper end!

Unfortunately due to the pandemic my flatmate had to move back to New Zealand leaving her room free until she can return some point early next year (hopefully!)

I'm currently furloughed/working from home and spend a lot of time in the living room watching films, it would be great to live with someone who's up for hanging out. I'm usually a front-of-house supervisor for a local independent cinema (gotta love those free tickets!) and work full-time. I'm a MSc Graduate who specialised in Film Exhibition and love chatting over a tea or a beer about films! At the moment I'm helping with submissions and co-managing Edinburgh's Short Film Festival. I also love cooking for people so can promise to make you a few smashing meals, my speciality is cottage pie followed by dark chocolate banana bread (veggie/vegan friendly!)
