The flat is situated on a quiet street and within a clean, safe stairwell surrounded by friendly neighbours. Marchmont, the Southside, and Morningside are all short walks away. Waverley Station and the rest of the city centre can be easily reached by foot or by any number of buses leaving nearby at Minto Street. Blackford Hill, the Meadows, and Holyrood Park are all within easy reach. It is possible to apply for an on-street parking space.

I am a live-in landlord looking to take someone tidy as a lodger. This arrangement means you can avoid the trouble of dealing with letting agents. The advertised cost does not include bills, which come to about £150 each month, including council tax. I have a TV licence.
