Double Bedroom with en-suite available to rent because my flatmate is moving out, the room will be available from the 3rd of December. The flat also comes with a free parking permit if you have a car.

About the flat:
Spacious double room with en-suite shower room available. Shared living room and kitchen, both fairly spacious. There’s also two hallway cupboards with space for storage. The flat is ideally located on leith walk with the city centre only a 15 minute walk away and bus stops nearby (also the tram soon when it completes next year!).

About me:
I’m 27 and work full time as Software Developer (currently working from home most days).
In my spare time, I like to have friends over for a nice dinner/drinks but I’m definitely not a party person. I enjoy my own quiet time as well to do yoga, reading or knitting.

I’m looking for a professional, female flatmate of a similar age who is easy-going, tidy, and friendly. It would be nice to sometimes have a movie night/dinner together but also respect each other’s space. And preferably someone who works similar hours to me (i. e. no night shifts).

No undergraduate students, pets, couples, or smokers.

The deposit is £500.
