Beautifully presented double bedroom

Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I’m looking for a flatmate from 1 April. I’m a third year student at the University of Edinburgh, so preferably you are a student too for council tax reasons! I’m vegetarian (mostly) but don’t mind if you eat meat. You can usually find me hanging out in the common room watching something on the TV or playing video games. I love to hang out or have a glass of wine or just chill and do our own things. I’m taking COVID rules very seriously as my partner works with vulnerable people.

The flat is in the Meadowbank area of the city. 30 minute walk to the city centre and loads of bus connections, about 25 minutes from George Square. Pets can be negotionated with the landlady. There is a giant Sainsbury’s right across the street and Arthur’s Seat Park is right around the corner. Rent is £487.50. Gas + electricity + internet comes to about £50/month. There is a bill that comes for building maintenance/stair cleaning which comes every 4 months for £180, so £30 per month. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. You would be in the master bedroom that has its own en suite bathroom with electric shower. Both our rooms face the garden so they’re nice and quiet. Your room also contains the boiler closet along with an additional closet and under bed storage.
