Double room in central Edinburgh with cat

Hello,

My current flatmate and I are looking for a nice new flatmate to join us in our homely flat.

The flat is a 3 bedroom fully furnished flat with an open plan kitchen and living room, great for movie nights or flat yoga!
The bathroom was recently renovated and there is a separate toilet. There is a shared garden and permit parking available on the street if you own a car.

The flat is very central;
-5 mins to Tesco and Lidl
-5 mins from new St James Quarter
-5 min walk to Edinburgh Bus Station
-10 mins to Waverley
-15 mins to Princes Street
-25 mins to University of Edinburgh (or no. 8 stops right outside flat)

We are both young professionals. We enjoy hanging out together but also have our own interests. I also have a cat who loves to watch tv and play hide and seek with us.

We would like someone who is friendly, respectful, clean and tidy.

The room is available from the 15th May (rent £550 plus £100 for bills)
Students are more than welcome if happy to pay council tax (£60 p/m)
