Sunny double room available in Stenhouse

Hello!

My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to share a really nice and sunny semidetached house located in Stenhouse Area.

I'm looking for a professional person around my age, quiet, responsible, clean and tidy, who can provide a couple of references (from working place, previous landlord).

The flat is located in Stenhouse area really close to the pure gym, Tesco express, pharmacy, a great bus connection (bus 22 run any 7 minutes just at the door step), double garden (front and rear) and a private fenced one with two wooden sheds. Not so far there’s a Aldi, home bargains, Poundland and Asda. The room comes with all facilities: double bed, big wardrobe, desk and chair.

Price for the double room is £500PCM (council tax included) plus energy bills around £50 each (depending on the consume) broadband £14 each and one month rent in advance as deposit to be paid to my landlady.

Viewings from 15/01, strictly no couples and no pets SORRY! ☹️
