This beautiful house is in a fantastic location, very close to Edinburgh city centre. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a very friendly lady, aged 87. She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home, plus someone who can help her with some tasks including; help with breakfast, preparing and sharing and evening meal, plus some small chores in the home.

The suitable sharer is female, either working or studying from home, but should have some time available during their week, mainly early morning and evenings to offer some household support. The Householder enjoys art, current affairs and enjoys going for walks. She is a very friendly, chatty and independent lady who is looking for some overnight reassurance and good company, as now, more than ever, this lady feels a little lonely and isolated.

The property is a beautiful, very well maintained house with plenty of space for the sharer. The sharer has a large room with a single bed and lots of storage space. A private bathroom with shower and toilet is included. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including kitchen and lounge/dining room. The house has a well kept large garden.
