Double spacious room in bright Georgian flat

I am moving out of my lovely room to move in with my boyfriend so it will be available mid March (move in date can be flexible). It is an enormous furnished room that gets lots of light. It has all the necessities: double bed, wardrobe, desk (the desk is new so not pictured), chair, cupboard, bookshelf.

My flatmates are both Optometrists in their 30s and are friendly, clean and respectful. They are looking for someone the same who is the same :)

The flat benefits from it's massive rooms so there is lots of space. There are 3 toilets in the flat (one each): one room (occupied by my flatmate) has an ensuite and there is another bathroom and a separate WC. The flat gets lots of light and has a well equipped kitchen.

The location is amazing with New Town and Stockbridge right on the door step. Margiotta's is right outside and Tesco and Lidl just a short walk away.

The total including bills is around £570 a month (including monthly cleaner).

The let is through an agency who require all the usual checks. Let me know if you'd like any other information.
