Modern Town House Looking For A New Tenant!

Hey guys!

We are 3 mates looking for 1 new flat mate to join our gorgeous house share west side off Edinburgh city. We have parking, a garden and shared living room. Three bathrooms (1 en-suit, 2 shared). Bus roughly 15-20 minutes into town, excellent bus connections if you don't have a car. Broadband included as well.

Available from May 1st 2021. Deposit £575.
This room is currently occupied by our ex-olympic diver and soon to be detective Lis (24) who will be sadly leaving us at the end of April. Serial Netflix watcher, loves working out and then eating Nutella.

Viv (23) - loves travelling, snowboarding, surfing, drinks and having a laugh. Works in film/tv and is doing a master in psychology at University of Edinburgh. Easy going, free spirited and bubbly.

Billy (30) - talented poet, loves a good bevy, literature, very funny and a great chef. Works in advertising and content creation. Loves music and can be a solid DJ upon request.

We are ideally looking for friendly, fun and chilled people to move in. While we generally crack on with our own lives, we love to socialise and have dinner/drinks together every now and then. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful, so we can all enjoy living together.

This is great for students and professionals who are looking for short term lets (like 6 months) but are open to longer stay if needed.
