Spacious double Room off Easter Road/Leith Walk!

Hello, we are looking for 1 flatmate to share this flat with. We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy going.
The flat is located in a central location (between Easter Road and Leith Walk) with shops and bus stops nearby - it's an easy 20 minute walk into the city centre!

The room available is front facing Albert street. The bathroom is shared by you and one other person (as the third room has en-suite). The flat has a spacious communal living room and kitchen/dining room.

Roadside non-permit parking available.

I (Filipe) am a 28 year old professional, clean, sociable and easy going that have been living here since May 2020. I work Mon-Fri daytimes out of the flat, with occasional weekends/evenings on call.
My current flatmate (Kyle) moved in December 2021. He is a musician and also works daytimes Mon-Fri.
Preferably looking for young professionals to share the flat with.
