Sunny & Spacious double bedroom

Your bedroom is a double, with a king bed, small desk, lots of cupboard space, bedside tables and large mirror ( driftwood  and plants easily removed if so wished). There is two toilets and one bathroom, a living room and joined kitchen. It's on the first floor and the block does have a lift which is handy.

I've no real flatmate or gender requirements, just someone friendly and relatively tidy preferably between 23-35. Can be a professional or student. Hoping for someone fairly socialable as I'm a pretty door's open, chatty kinda person. The room is available from the 13th of  November and looking to have someone make it their own before the end of November,  early December.
One month minimum stay and bills including council tax are included. Permit parking outside the flat on a quiet residential street, always has plenty of space.

There's access to Ainslie Place, Moray Place and Randolph gardens to the front, as well as access to the beautiful Bank Gardens through the shared garden at the back with a gate opening up onto the water of leith walkway.

I'm 23 and in my fourth and final year of Veterinary Nursing at Napier. I'll be out on placement for the remainder of my studies and can work quite long  hours so probably not a massive party flat, in saying that I love a good social and always enjoy having people around/meeting new people :)
