Personally, the flat is lovely and is at a very nice location. I enjoy evening strolls around holyrood! It’s also really warm even without the heating (coming from a Malaysian, trust me). And it has plentyyy of sunlight!! Your room will be facing a really lovely tree as well!
You will be sharing with me. I am 23, a soon to be 4th year undergrad at the UoE. I am usually in my room but I enjoy socialising in common spaces when we meet. I play games on switch and ps4 and I’d enjoy some activities together! Like the occasional movie watching or baking ~ :D
