1 double room available in Meadowbank

We are looking for a third person to move into our 2 bed rented flat in Meadowbank area from end of July as our current flatmate is moving in with her partner elsewhere. We are a professional couple (26 and 29) who work in a primary school and the TV industry respectively. We are seeking a flatmate for our spare double bedroom. All bills and rent included in the advertised price. Currently is 445 however I expect it to rise to £500 from August with cost of gas and electric rising. This is a rented accommodation, we are not the landlords and we have sought the landlords approval to fill the room. We also have a quiet indoor cat called Honey so sadly cannot accept any pets although she will be a good friend to you! Preferably looking for a professional and not a student for council tax reasons unless the student would be willing to contribute towards council tax. We are happy with people having friends and partners over or to stay the night but please note it is not a party flat! Feel free to message with any questions about the flat or room. The flat is a great location, 5 minutes walk from Arthur Seat, close to a big Morrisons and big Sainsburys. Bus numbers 4,5,44,26, x7, 104,113,124 all stop right outside the door. Nice pub across street where we do the quiz on a tuesday ! Town centre 15/20 minutes by bus. There is a small shared garden. Thank you!
