Double Room in West End Flat

A double room in our flat in the West End has become available. It's a four bedroom flat at the top of a Georgian townhouse. One side of the flat has views of the castle, including what would be your room!

There is a shared living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and an additional W/C and of course three other bedrooms.

The monthly rent is £400. The bills usually come to around £90-100 per month and this includes gas, electric, council tax and internet. So overall the room would be around £500 per month all in.

There is a £500 deposit and along with this the landlord requires ID, an employment reference and a previous landlord reference. The move in date is the 1st of June.

We will do virtual viewings so we can introduce ourselves and show you the flat. Then we would invite you to an in person viewing.

We are looking for a woman to move in to the flat but that of course means anyone who identifies as such. I'm the lead tenant and a trans woman and it would actually be quite nice to have another trans/queer person in the flat!

There is of course in Scotland no legal minimum stay requirements but we've put 6 months because it would be lovely to have someone commit to the flat for the long term. Covid has been unsettling for us all!
