The cottage is a listed building, full of character and charm and. The living room is cosy including a wood burning stove. The large sheltered garden to the rear of the property is south facing and good for soaking up the sun. Free on street parking to the front and rear of the property. There is plenty of cupboard space and a large chest of draws. There is a walk in shower but no bath.
The landlord, your potential new flatmate, is female, retired, friendly and very much engaged with life.
I think it would be ideal for a mature student or someone studying for a PhD.
Alternatively I can offer a single bedroom with a good wardrobe that looks onto the garden; this would be ideal for a Monday to Friday let.
