Single room for rent

Hi there, as you can read from the title I have a single room available in the 2 bed flat I'm currently staying in.
My flatmate is moving out next month and I need someone to take over his room and stay in the flat for at least until June 2022.

The flat has a brand new kitchen with all the amenities. separate toilet and shower (this brand new too), 50inches tv with soundbar, no carpet, and plenty of natural light. You can't see it from the pictures, but the living room has a dining table big enough for 3 people.

The flat is located very near the city centre (West End), lots of shops and supermarkets nearby,

The single room (Image number 3) comes furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table, a small shelf, and a stackable bookshelf.

The price is £490 PCM + bills approximately £50 a month that include electricity, gas, and broadband (Virgin Media).

About me: I'm a 26 years old Marketing with Digital Media student about to start my last year at uni. I'll be spending most of my time studying or at work, but when I'm home I like cooking my beloved Italian food, watching live sports, playing online with friends, and have some good chats over some pints.

I'm looking for a STUDENT for council tax reasons. I don't care about your background as long as you're a person with common sense.
