Double Room with En-Suite next to the water

New build double bedroom with en suite.
All brand new, have been living here 8 months.

The room includes double bed, fitted double wardrobe, drawers (inside wardrobe but can be moved out if preferred) and a full length mirror. Lovely en-suite with new toilet, sink and shower.

£560/month which includes rent, council tax, broadband, gas and electric.

There is an underground garage to park as well as outdoor car park. Underground car park includes spaces for bikes so you can safely secure your bike.
Balcony off living room and lots of lovely nearby walks as well as Wardie Bay being about a 5 minute walk away. Handy if you like the beach/wild swimming/paddle boarding or generally just like being by the sea like me!

Flat on 5th floor but there is a lovely lift.

I do have a little pup. She is 11 months and enjoys playing fetch and having cuddles. Flatmate must be okay with pup being around (but obviously will be kept out of your room if preferred!).

I’m 31, events professional, currently working full time from home but that will hopefully change over next 6 months or so with some physical events come back 🤞🤞.
I’m not a neat freak, but I do enjoy organisation (I have too many tubs and boxes...) and like things to be kept clean. Wouldn’t cry if there was a plate left waiting to be cleaned for a day or so though.
I would say I’m friendly, enjoy a chat or movie session, like cooking but also prone to being lazy on that front too. Do like having friends over and don’t mind you having folk over too, just ask that we both let each other know and are respectful with noise etc. If the other has work or generally just fancies a quiet one.
Looking for someone I can get along with but that is also respectful of the flat and personal space. All furniture has just been brought brand new so would love to have someone that will respect the place and look after it too.


If you’re interested, give me a shout. Age isn’t a huge deal as it’s more about the person but I guess ideally I’d be looking for 25 to 40 or so?
