Double Room in Stockbridge Flatshare

Hi, I am David, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a 2-bedroom flat with me in Stockbridge. The room available is on the garden side of the flat and is decently sized with lots of light and a view out over the shared garden.

The flat itself is lovely with a huge kitchen, high ceilings, large living room and loads of storage space outside of the bedrooms. It’s located in Comely Bank just on the edge of Stockbridge and is right next to Inverleith park and plenty of coffee shops, places to eat and speciality stores, while only being 15 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh.

I’m a 24 year old Software Engineer who enjoys cooking, walking, and going out for a coffee or a pint. I am a clean, tidy, and sociable person who enjoys a nice quiet evening but am always happy to chat about anything and everything. I only moved up to Edinburgh in January of this year, so I still have plenty of Edinburgh left to discover and have been enjoying spending time exploring the city.
