Double Room Available In Stockbridge

There is a room available in a sunny and spacious 3 bedroom flat in Stockbridge. Its currently occupied by a PhD student and a young professional.

The flat

The flat has a kitchen, one bathroom, a separate toilet and a living room, which are all fairly spacious. As for the white goods, there are two fridges, oven, a washing machine and dishwasher. The flat has a gas central heating. Council tax is approximately £156 a month for the whole flat, internet is £17 each and other bills are around £15-20 each.

There are loads of cafes and shops open in the area. Waitrose is 10 min walking, and Tesco and Lidl 20 min. The flat is right next to Inverleith Park, Botanic Gardens and Dean Village is a ten-minute walk away. The city centre is a 15-minute walk away. Location wise, the flat is great. It also gets a lot of sunshine during the day.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a nice person to share the space with. We are both busy but don’t mind an occasional dinner or watching a movie together. We have a weekly cleaning schedule so it’s important that the person who moves in contributes to it.

This is the criteria stated by the agency:

- New applicant should be in full time employment, or a student (third year or above or mature student) with a Guarantor
- New applicants should be non-smokers and have no pets
- New lease should commence on the 1st of the month
