Double Room in tidy flat, Prestonfield

Hi there! I live with my partner, two cats and another flatmate, and we have a spare double room available. We'd like someone who is friendly, tidy, and above all, likes cats! We love hanging out and having nice chats and movie nights, and we also appreciate being hermits sometimes, too.

The room has lots of storage space, including a sliding mirror cupboard and a storage cupboard.

We're in a fairly quiet area, around the corner from Cameron Toll shopping centre, bus links to the city centre, and lovely walking routes. There's also parking and a large garden. We're fairly near Edinburgh Uni's King's Buildings and about 30 mins walk from Princes Street. There's also a great view of Arthur's Seat from the living room window.

Obviously the cats will start to demand your love and attention once they get used to you, so hopefully you don't mind your personal space being invaded occasionally by two very fluffy gremlins.
