Cosy double bedroom in Polwarth flat

Hello!

I'm moving to Glasgow end of this month, so I'm here looking to fill my room :) I've lived in this flat for 2 years with Joanne and Polly who are fab house mates! The flat is in a great location ~ 15 min walk to Edinburgh centre.

Pol and Joanne are both outgoing, easy-going, fun girls to live with. Most evenings we tend to watch a little bit of Netflix with a glass of wine or hit the gym.

Pol is a final year PhD student at the University of Edinburgh. Joanne works in marketing. At the moment Pol is going into work fulltime and Joanne is working from home and goes into the office ~ 2 days a week.

The room is a double and has a large wardrobe and drawers. It also comes with a desk so working from home is possible. Council tax will be split between all occupants, with students and professionals contributing to the payment.

The room is available from November 1st. We would be happy to have virtual or in-person viewings. I potentially could be a bit flexible with moving date if you needed to move in a few days earlier.
