Flat has good sized rooms and walk in closet/box room and (comes furnished with bed, sofa, chest of drawers, ie basics) and will suit non-smokers with no pets. Flat is conveniently located in Dalry and tenants have enjoyed living there. Shops and bus and tram routes outside (but can't hear them) and a few minutes to get into town (or walk it in 15 or less minutes to Princes Street).

The flat will suit tenant or tenants that are employed non-smokers with no pets. Students with guarantors/proof of income/financial support also considered.

References and security deposit required. Security deposit amount depends on your circumstances, usually 10 pounds above the rent so I have written that in the ad.
