Traditional Flat,Gardeners Crescent,Fountainbridge

Hello,

I am currently looking for two easy going people to share a property with.

The flat I have leased is 3 bedrooms situated in Gardeners Crescent. It is a bright, traditional property with rather large rooms.

There is a garden area out the front of the property and a shared garden out the back.

It is situated in a quiet area although only a 15minute walk to Princes Street. The Meadows are a 15 min stroll from the property.

I am a mature student, looking for people that are passed the partying stage in life, I like a quiet life and a good nights sleep. Also the potential flatmates to respect each other.

I am a pretty laid back person who is easy going. Into 3rd year of Uni and work.

I don't mind sharing with other students or with professionals but the council tax would be covered by the professional/professionals.

I also like a tidy home so cleanliness is very important.
