I have a double room to rent on a short term basis (3-6 months) in the Slateford area of the city which is about 40 minutes walk into town, 15 minutes bus or easy cycle.

The flat is a two bedroom/two bathroom property with spacious living room and separate kitchen, there is also a balcony located off the living room which gets really nice evening sun. The flat has recently been upgraded so it is in really good condition.

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and two drawer unites. I have also have a small desk and chair if needed, there is plenty of space :).

The flat is part of a well maintained complex, there is private, free parking, bike store and a small gym onsite.

I'm a 32 year old female professional who works fully remotely (my office is in the living room). Outside of work I enjoy yoga, jigsaws, walking and....wine! I discovered reality TV over lockdown which is my new guilty pleasure, if you're a Below Deck fan we're onto a winner ;). I'm looking for a female professional to move in. Due to personal circumstance it is likely I will be away quite regularly over the next couple of months so this would suit someone who is happy with their own space but is also up for socialising as well.

The room will be available from the 4th of September however I'm flexible on move in date and time period, ideally between 3-6 months. I'm happy to discuss options with the right fit :).

The rent is £650 per month and inclusive of all bills including council tax, utility bills, internet, complex fees and tv license.
