This flat is such a gem!

It's situated in the heart of Cannonmills, minutes away from cool bars, supermarkets, gyms, the Botanical Gardens, etc.. All in all, you're about 8min walk from all main bus routes to take you around Edinburgh. The perfect mix between central but also quiet.

The flat is set on the 3rd floor of a traditional Edinburgh building (no elevators, but perfect bit of cardio on your way out/back home). There's a nice little garden area at the back, perfect for BBQs in the summer! The flat has 2 double bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. The flat is on the cozy side, but the living room is big, and overall it's just the right amount of space for 2 people. There are big windows everywhere, which means that at any given time of the day you're basking in light - so nice!

The flat comes fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you might need: washing machine, drying racks, cleaning accessories, all the kitchen appliances and utensils.. You just need your own stuff, and the rest is already sorted!

27-year-old french guy, studying geography and sustainable development at Herriot-Watt University (2nd year). Really laid back, works part-time on top of Uni. Likes to go out with mates (but not crazy party animal either), sports, movies, travelling, good conversation,... Keen to find a cool flatmate that will have their own life but that he can hangout with at home from time to time too.

-Chill, considerate, responsible person
-At least a little sociable
-No fuss about doing your share of the cleaning
-No smoking, no drugs in the house
-Want to live in somewhere you can make a home, not just a place to crash you don't care about

📝 All the important stuff:

-Rent: £650 pcm all bills included
-Security deposit: £650 (paid upfront, as usual)
-Minimum stay: 6 months
