In general the flat is lovely! It is very bright, clean and it has a spacious living room and a very modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (we even have a dishwasher!)
As for the room it is the one next to the kitchen (as shown in the last photo). It is a double room so it has a double bed, a double wardrobe and a big chest of drawers. Most importantly it's really bright and cozy.
The flat is on Clearburn Crescent (EH16 5ER). The area is quiet and it's really close to the Holyrood park and just 12 mins far from Meadows. You can reach Cameron toll in just 5mins and the Commonwealth pool in 10 mins.

-The flat is very warm (it has gas heating)
- Council tax band b (I'm a PhD student so we have 25% discount in case you are a professional and we are council tax exempt in case you are a student)
- Bills (electricity+heating) come at approximately £72

As for me, I'm a PhD student in the university of Edinburgh and love music, travelling, sports and positive people!
