Hi Everyone,
My flatmate is moving out mid-July and I’m looking for someone to replace him. Its a 3 bedroom flat in Leith, near Ocean Terminal and the Shore. High ceilings, very nice large living room, plenty of space, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower one and with a bath. The shower has since been redone. The rent is cheap (£370), however it is a rather old building (hence the cheap rent 🙂).
Room comes with a big desk and we have very fast wifi, perfect for wfh. Free parking outside, and plenty of fridge space.
I’ve just started as a financial analyst and Mark is a data engineer.
