It takes less than 15-20 minutes to walk to the Waverley station from the flat. Bus no 1 and 35 (stop only 1 min walk away) takes you into town in 10 mins.

London road and Leith walk bus connections are 5 mins walk away.

Lidl, Scotmid and Tesco stores are all 2 to 5 mins walk away and there are many nice local shops, barbers, bakeries 3 mins walk away.
