New Build Flat next to the Union Canal/ Napier

We have one double bedroom in our flat available to rent for 2 months.

Our place is a new build and we are the first tenants to live here. It's 2 bedroom apartment by Union Canal (EH14). 20 mins to the city centre by bike (along the canal) and 30 minutes by 3 direct buses (3, 30, 33). It's 15 min walk to Napier- Sighthill. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station. 5 minutes to Plaza shopping centre and Lidl and 10 minutes by bike to the Hermiston shopping centre.

Furnished accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, open plan lounge/fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower.

This property has been built to a high standard and benefits from Double Glazing, Central Heating and ample free parking. Wifi is available.

Your room is fully furnished. There is a built-in wardrobe.

Who are we looking for?

Our flatmate is rather introvert and looking for someone who is not a party animal as well as looking for a quiet place to live. She will let you know if she will have any overnight visitor and we appreciate if you would have the same approach. We are tidy and always keep our place clean, so we would like to share our space with someone happy to contribute to our cleaning rota.

Council tax, internet are included in the rent price. BIlls are £30 per month

Room would be available from the 15th of Februry for two months. We travel abroad for 2 moths so we only looking for someone to rent our room during this time. All of our personal belongings will be taken away from the room.
