Looking for a flatmate to share

I am looking for a flatmate for this flat at Ferry Road. The room includes a king size bed, in-built wardrobe, three drawers and two little desks.
We are really close to bus stop for services 21, 27, 29, 37 and N37, also near to services 200 and 16 bus stop, if you walk a little bit more you will find the stop for services 24, 14 and 8 as well.
There are two convenience stores, a Domino's and a park nearby, we also have a Morrisons near, Lidl, McColls, Post Office, Boots and many other useful stores and shops.
Rent 400£ (includes bills, broadband and B band council tax ).
Deposit 500£ (Refundable once you leave the flat).
We are two Spanish and Italian professionals beside myself as i am leaving the room next 2nd of July (you are watching the room with all my stuff but i expect to start packing the 27th of June).
